One of the strongest aspects of the Private Medline Adana Hospital is the fact that the decision to receive JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation that is accepted as the gold standard in global health services was taken while foundations of our hospital were laid, thus our quality unit was established before our hospital was opened. Quality studies are carried out in our hospital with all medical and administrative staff as a team, in order to provide safe, high quality health and care services to patients in every respect and to measure and improve organizational performance.

Our hospital had the first JCI audit on March 01-04, 2010. According to information we received from our auditors, very few hospitals could achieve this certification without any non-compliance on “International Patient Safety”. As Private Medline Adana Hospital, we started providing services as the first JCI accredited health institution in the region with zero errors in patient safety and quality standards, despite being a newly opened hospital at that time. Our purpose is to continue to provide services to our patients at international quality standards, while also making improvements in our own processes through continuous measurements and assessments in addition to constantly moving our service quality to the next level.

Private Medline Adana Hospital, which played a pioneering role in its region by being awarded shortly after its opening the JCI certificate, that sets international standards in health, continued its journey of quality in 2010 and had its fifth accreditation (reaccreditation) audits between June 27 and July 1, 2022.

Following thorough assessments that lasted for 5 days and conducted by expert auditors from various countries specially assigned, for this audit using over 1000 criteria, our hospital earned the right to use “JCI Accreditation Certificate” for three more years (2025).

JCI is a U.S.-based independent auditing organization and continues to monitor medical and administrative performances of organizations it accredits following a comprehensive audit.

In its journey of quality that the Private Medline Adana Hospital set out with the vision of being the ‘Center of Health’, it will continue to provide services in international standards to residents of its region in addition to citizens of neighboring countries with the JCI accreditation it continuously has since 2010.
