You should seek immediate medical assistance, if you have at least one of these symptoms:

• Lump or swelling palpated in the breast or armpit,
• Bloody discharge from the nipple,
• Sunken or inverted nipple,
• Peeling, flaking, or scaling of the skin surrounding the nipple,
• Redness of the skin over the breast,
• Swelling of the skin over the breast (orange peel look),
• Change in the size, shape or appearance of the breast.
