Do not neglect warming up

The benefits of exercise to the human body and psychology are known to many. However, it is necessary to do some warm-up exercises before any sports activity.

This is because warming up gradually revs up the cardiovascular and circulatory systems and thus prepares the body for exercise. Starting a sports activity without warming up can cause serious injuries.

In people who do sports without warming up, especially the waist and neck area are affected and muscle pains are seen.

People with such pains should take a break from exercise during this period and continue exercising after the pain has receded. However, if the pain does not recede, it is recommended to consult a specialist physician.
