Three Measures to Prevent Loss of the Normal Curve in the Neck

Loss of the normal curve in the neck is an important health condition for people who do office work. Sitting at desks, and looking at computer screens for hours, and sedentary lifestyles are some of the major causes of this condition. It may not be possible to change our jobs or business environment but there are some simple, yet effective measures to prevent loss of the normal curve in the neck:

  • Sit straight at the desk
  • Adjust the height of your computer screen so that the upper edge of the screen is at the same level with your eyebrow.
  • Do some exercises to strengthen your neck muscles while you are sitting.
