Complaints Policy
Dear Patient and Patient Relatives,
Private Medline Adana Hospital Patient Rights Department is responsible for:
- Accepting the opinions, views and complaints of all patients and patient relatives who obtain service from our hospital.
- Evaluating all the opinions submitted with the support of relevant unit executives to increase our service quality.
- Providing feedback to the reporting patient or patient relative regarding the plans developed after evaluations and regarding the result.
Please note that your complaints and negative views are handled not only by our Patient Rights Department but also by our senior executives for solution purposes.
You may submit your opinions, recommendations, complaints and views to the Patient Rights Department through the following channels;

- by filling in the surveys located at the wards and at the waiting rooms.
- by requesting a face to face meeting from the hospital executives.
