Rheumatology is the medical branch dealing with rheumatic inflammatory diseases and other diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Diseases cause pain, movement restrictions, swelling or deformity in our movement system including the muscles, bones, joints and connective tissues are generally called rheumatism.
