  • Always sit up straight at your desk
  • Adjust the monitor height so that the top of the screen is at eyebrow level
  • Get up and move around for 5 minutes every 45 minutes
  • Do neck strengthening exercises while sitting
  • Do not keep your hands and elbows bent excessively for long periods of time when using the keyboard.
